In microcutting, parts may be small in size, and there are many choices about which tool and processing scheme to use. To reduce machining chatter (the biggest problem that can occur with threaded cyclone milling) and to extend tool life, manufacturers should choose threaded cyclone milling rings with blades mounted at unequal intervals. Due to the processing of high strength materials, milling blade to bear a lot of impact, so must choose high hardness of fine grain blade matrix and coated with wear-resistant coating, in order to extend tool life and improve the surface finish.
